1. Tear Altar: Add tear.
2. Greed Altar: Add a chance to spawn a random pickup or item which must be bought every time a room is cleared. (Keeper's Box effect).
3. Divinity Altar: Add a chance to spawn a few beams of light in random locations on the ground every time player enters a new room containing enemy. (Similar to Crack the Sky effect)
4. Soul Altar: Add a chance to heal a half Soul Heart every time player kills an enemy.
5. Destiny Altar: Add a chance to reroll items with a quality of 0-1 automatically. (Similar to Sacred Orb effect)
The amounts you get of each stat are small, but they make important differences in times to kill or in certain items being able to do certain things (getting a damage up totem turns small spiders into a 2 shot from a 3 shot, for example). It's balanced very well.
This won't win you a run. This will make the lull in a boring run not nearly as bad, and make a good run more interesting. You will absolutely appreciate it being there. Great mod.
