One Outliner to Rule Them All [DISCONTINUED]

This mod adds useful information to the Outliner.

It's an updated version to my previous mod Unemployment and Peasant Data + IG Approval Rating in Outliner .

Features:

• IG Aproval Rating added (based on IG Approval Rating in Outliner, all credits to mruuh).
  
• IG leaders portraits added (you can now directly access them = less clicking around!).
  
• In Opposition icon added (let me know if you want to keep this change).
  
• States now show number of Peasants and Unemployed (based on Unemployment and Peasant Data, all credits to Ron Swanson). Icons are visible only if it makes sense - you can get number of Pesants, Unemployed or Peasants & Unemployed merged.
  
• States now show current Infrastructure Balance and turns red when it's negative (based on Better State Outliner, all credits to Jef).
  
• Added contents of Available Decisions in the Journal Entry Outliner by tjysdsg. Removed - this mod is 100% compatible and there is no need to incorporate it.
  
• Additional info for commanders: their rank and assigned HQ is now visible (based on Outliner additionInfo by SHIZUKU.
  
• Market now shows 4 top items instead of 3. Thanks to Agami it shows current balance and price too.
  
• Tried to made it as narrow as possible and I don't think it can go any better than that.

Known issues:

• Clicking on a flag in market section doesn't work. Not big deal but I'll try to find a solution for that.

Compability:

• This mod should be compatible with all mods, except for those that modify the outliner. If mod modifies ingame HUD, we can easily fix compability (let me know if needed).
  
• Thanks to inch4tk, there is no conflict with his excellent mod: More Spreadsheets (go check it out!). And also it works well with Notifications not over Outliner by Nugget. Correct load order:

• If you want to use this mod together with Unemployment and Peasant Data, load them in this order:

• Don't use this mod with my previous one, "Unemployment and Peasant Data + IG Approval Rating in Outliner" as there is no point, OOtRTA has all of its functions and much more. If you, for some reason, need to use them both, load UaPD+IGARiO first.
  
• Works well with my newest mod: Other Markets in Outliner. Correct load order:

Changes:

• 14.11.2022 - overall changes to the width, market section etc. Also made sure it is compatible with my other mod: Other Markets in Outliner.
  
• 11.11.2022 - new changes to market sections thanks to Agami - balance and prices added.
  
• 10.11.2022 - market now shows 5 top items, not 3, and there is colored background for easier orientation which category is which (blue for deficit, gold for positive balance)
  
• 08.11.2022 - added additional info for IG Groups (leader portraits and In Opposition icon), added additional info for Commanders (rank icon and HQ)
  
• 06.11.2022 - removed contents of the Journal Entry Outline, there is no conflict between the mods and there is no need to merge them.
  
• 05.11.2022 - fixed compability with More Spreadhseets (and probably many other UI mods), added functionality of Available Decisions in the Journal Entry Outliner, number of Peasants and Unemployed now hidden if under 2000 (let me know if I should keep this change)

This mod was not tested in late game, and I'm pretty sure some text would not fit its space. Let me know if you spot any issues.
