i don't wanna be devil's advocate here for youngblood, but Given that youngblood's Nazi garrison in france is literally on its last legs. i think its fair to excuse the use of the SS's coat of arms as reuse of equipment(either that or like wolfenstein said in lore. the SS pratically became the Army's own star wars stormtrooper-core)
them using uniforms from the SA can be pretty much summed up by having it be a Reformed SA under the gestapo as their own military police force/SWAT unit post ww2. which wouldn't be impossible for a world that has Super soldiers and a moon division,
in my opinion the Gestapo-Soldaten/SA 1990s are kinda one of the best evils to have come out of the trash heap that was youngblood. alongside well.. models like the neo-soldaten. officer. jager/eliteguard. etc,
