Dashboard Warnings V2

Description
This mod is a touch up of the Dashboard Warnings mod originally made by Est_Nbmstr, which generously granted me the files so i could port this to the latest version of the Engine.

It includes everything that was in the mod now in glorious 4.27, now with paintable slots (great to use with gauge glow materials)

Again thanks to Est_Nbmstr for the original mod.

Well, you can assign materials in game but i dont think they will on beamng
