Druzhina Commander Generic Hero for Kislev

Description
Base on request of matrdrake, I implement the generic hero for Kislev from his idea as good as I can.
Here is description from matrdrake
A minor Kislev noble who has risen to command through skill at arms and will power.A skilled warrior on foot, he rallies the fighting men and women of Kislev to great feats of heroism.

You can recruit Druzhina Commander in Kislev Barracks 1. It have some skill of Patriarchs.

Update: agent champion druzhina allows to spawn the hero with the right skills... but with the skin of a bretonian paladin

Is possible you can share the character type (probaby champion) and key, please? (to see if it hopefully works to spawn with the console mod (yeah, good luck to me but i don't lose anything trying)

Under building_effects_junction_tables you have the wh3_main_ksl_growth_recruit_cost series of buildings providing agent cap increases, but the effect scope is province_to_province_own. I don;t think that has any effect on the cap.

The skill wh2_dlc13_skill_emp_hunts_marshal_unique_2 (Survival Expert) has an effect scope of general_to_force_own, so the skill will not work when used by a hero in an army. You could copy that skill and under character_skill_level_to_effects_junctions_tables, you'd set the effect scope to agent_to_parent_army_general_own. That would work.

I see the skills that boost Patriarch battle prayers, but I don't see any actual battle prayer skills on the Druzhina Commander. Am I missing something?

I just updated it should work now. Also agent action may be bug.
