AI NO SPAM CONSTRUCTION

Description
AI likes to spam too many construction buildings at the start, which leads to at least one rebellion by mid game.

This mod changes the ratio and priority of construction sectors to try and slow down the pace so they have a healthier economy going.

Этот мод не помогает. Нужно полностью отменить частное строительство.
