Department Stores

  • Having one large store that sells a huge variety of goods can be more convenient for customers and gives the retailer more buying-power over the distribution chains.

  • Sell goods your pops need and get money for it - more than from the actual popneed income - you can get rid of over production (also if there arent any profitable trade routes). Plus Migration from that fancy Store. ;)

  • Ordinary Department
    • Household Items (Glass, Furniture & Paper)
    • Simple Clothing (Fabric & Clothes)
  • Exclusive Department
    • Luxury Items (Luxury Clothes, Luxury Furniture & Porcelain)
    • Luxury Drinks (Tea, Coffee & Wine)
  • Electronics Department
    • Electronics (Telephones & Radios)

  • Notes
    • All pms are auto opened when building built (because when closed, the AI wont change to sell, because theres no "production profit")
    • One simple thing, the cheaper the goods you sell are, the more income you make in theory, besides the fixed extra tax income (this is to counter the expenses for goods/wages/taxes)
    • Maybe im also gonna add other "pop needs catergory", for instance heating, or intoxicants
    • Multi Language Support (ger; eng -> braz-por, eng, fre, ♥♥♥, kor, pol, rus, simp_chi, spa, turk)

    At the moment this mod will add nothing to your game. After researching the required tech, you are unable to build the building, and uninstalling this mod on a game in progress will result in crashes each time you reload.

    Can't confirm after 1.7.5. I reasearch the tech and can't build them.

    Uhm, you do know there are tooltips if you hover over this, right....? It does what the tooltips says.
