COD MW 2019 M4A1 for smg1

Description
Ports the Mark 18 Mod 1 from Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019.
Replaces the smg and doesn't exactly work well with npcs.

Did you know that you can edit the script of this? That way, you can make it the default value or create custom values.
