A mod that removes events for TV Removal Demand, Weights Removal Demand, Agitating Radio, and Supplies Surplus Event. Also changed heatwave to start at 35c(95f)degrees

A good thing too would be Failure conditions (really fun things) but without being fired at some point if you fail^^ (not just the research for 1 time failure) (after all, you don't want to get all your prisoners locked into their cell (they destroy the door at some point) to avoid any death to not be fired, for example)
