Description
Adds Hernán Cortés as an alternate Aztec Leader for Civilization VI - Gathering Storm.

Hernán Cortés offers a militaristic gameplay that gets benefits from keeping strong spies, representing his translators -specially Malinche- that helped him gather allies against Tenochtitlán from the places that were not so happy with the Triple Alliance domain. As a result Hernán Cortés are stronger as they have no problem in establishing in cities thanks to starting with the Linguist and the Disguise promotions, and through baptism you can even get Spies from Faith. Once you capture enemy cities you can use Haciendas to strengthen your grip over the newly conquered populations as well as rewarding the armies that helped you move forward by gifting them a bit of healing. Whether you play with Spain, Mexico or the Aztecs themselves, Hernán Cortés can be a force to be reckoned with, as long as he keeps his translators alive and his troops with a strong spirit.

Alternative Civilizations
Hernán Cortés is also available as an alternate leader for Spain and my modded Mexico.
The mod is also fully compatible with my Aztec Rework.

NOTE: The leader is not animated, it's a 2D collage.
NOTE2: With this mod, Gran Colombia's Hacienda is renamed to Finca.
NOTE3: This leader was made because it's always fun to have more villains in civ. While the claims of Hernán Cortés dressing as Quetzalcoatl are not really backed up by a lot of evidence, having him with a feathered aztec hat was too fun a thing to pass. Remember civ is more about what-if than a history simulator.

@Lord of the flies: Make sure you have Gathering Storm enabled. Otherwise I'm not sure what would be causing the issue.
