Compact power storage

This is a mod that adds a compact power storage solution for those pesky, remotely placed point defense turrets and manouver thrusters.

I kept thinking that the small reactor is in most cases a straight up upgrade to the power storage if you only have the resources.

This part was designed to actually fill up a niche i found when powering up some periferal, not power hungry, components is a pain.
It might also be an interesting thing to fill up your left-over space that cant really be used for anything else except bunks.
Main downside is a limitation on the placement of doors due to extreme crampness.
