CSLA Weapon Sound Improver

Description
This mod harmonises certain weapon sounds between CSLA Iron Curtain, Global Mobilization, and Dynasound 2. All those items are required to use it. This is a clientside mod and a key for whitelisting is included.

- CSLA M2 HMG now uses the Dynasound 2 M2 sounds
- CSLA M16s now use the Dynasound 2 SPAR-16 sounds
- CSLA OP-63 now uses the GM SVD sound
- CSLA Hunting Rifle now uses the Dynasound 2 MK-I EMR sound
- CSLA M136 AT4 now uses the GM PzF 84 sound
- CSLA MAAWS now uses the vanilla MAAWS sound
- CSLA DShKM now uses the GM DShKM sound
- CSLA M14 and M21 now use the Dynasound 2 M14 sounds

Maybe other changes later but that's it for now.
