This mod adds a new active item to the treasure room pool that freezes enemies in their place, allowing you to select one to fire a volley of 5 of your tears.

Biggest issue seems to be that I have to wait the whole second to use it if I have Sharp Plug, otherwise I just stab myself

I figured out the controls: WASD to navigate through the enemies, treat it like a grid and pressing a key makes you target the closest enemy in that direction
