Enhanced Attunements v1.3.2

Description
Should now be compatible with latest version of HOH (v115). Haven't quite tested it fully, but everything seems to work. Should be compatible with save files from older versions

Adds new features to the magic anvil: the ability to spend skill stars to attune an item a second time, and the ability to purchase automatic rerolls.

Double Attunement: Attuning an item a second time will triple the item's effects.

Add Reroll: Whenever an item appears randomly (as loot, in a shop, etc.) and an auto-reroll has been purchased for that item, a reroll will be attempted and the new item kept (even if that item is the same item or another item with an auto-reroll). This can be used to make undesirable items less common, or to make sets easier to complete by rerolling non-set items.

Second attunements and rerolls both cost one and a half times the skill stars of a first attunement (rounded up).

Both double attunements and rerolls are specific to a particular character. You can outfit one character for unlocking new NG+s and another as an expert farmer, etc. Different classes benefit more from different items, so you can customize their individual item attunements to enhance their strengths or cover their weaknesses.

Double attunements and rerolls must be unlocked by finding higher level item blueprints at higher NG+ levels. Blueprints for rerolls (violet blueprints) start spawning at NG+3 for common items, for uncommon at NG+5 and rare at NG+7. Blueprints for second attunements (green blueprints) start appearing for common items at NG+4, and for increasing rarities every other NG+ thereafter. This was done not only for game balance, but to give players motivation to push to higher NG+ levels, and to fill those levels out with some useful collectibles (it seemed like all of the really good permanent collectibles were really concentrated towards the beginning.)

Like other blueprints, the new double and reroll blueprints are guild-wide. If one character finds a blueprint, it unlocks the upgrade for all characters. I feel that guild-wide bonuses make playing characters other than your "main" characters feel like less of a waste of time.

Other features:
- new boolean flags added to added to item files so that modders can block individual items from double attunement or rerolls for game balance purposes (can-dbl-attune and can-add-reroll)
- the magic anvil tracks all skill stars spent on all three attunement types. Respec-ing at the anvil refunds all stars spent on all attunement types.
- double attunements and rerolls do not count for the attunement guild achievement

Again, one of us would have to take the other's work and then release a new mod that merges the two. Best I can offer is Clever Merge Mod which includes a way to pay to raise a character's level cap one level at a time.

I'd love to see compatibility with Kelly's no level cap

The "empty town" is most likely caused by two different mods editing the same file. Those two mods would have to be merged. I cannot do that without taking another mod author's work.

This mod is now included in Clever Merge Mod if you want to use it alongside my other mods.

having a update to this to work with the stat scaling and level up mods would be amazing,, bring a whole new level of fun with it. i end up with empty town,, too, can it be fixed maybe in future?

Seems to have issues with No Levelcap and Better Scaling Stats mods, neither will load together with Enhanced Attunements. Might have to do with whatever makes changes to the level cap function.
