Add Legendary Lord , Tai Jiang to Mao Ying’s faction

Description
This mod adds a custom Legendary Lord, Tai Jiang to Mao Ying’s faction.

Here is my lore for him:

Tai Jiang is the disciple of the Dragon Emperor. The Dragon Emperor gives him the Seal Evil scroll and orders him to go hunt down the great demons.

You can recruit him in first turn of Mao Ying's campaign

Unique Skill:
Summon Skarbrand
Summon Kugath
Summon Nkari
Summon Kairos
Summon Belakor

I will try to make the skill only unlock after you defeat the demon but at the moment, I don't have the skill to make it happen right now.

If anyone wants to submod/improve/take over the mod, you have my permission to do so.
