World Render Library (Preview)

Description
World Render Library allows modders to easily render parts of the world and use it in their projects.

Library changes portals from Portal Gun to render terrarin on the other side of the portal.
(v0.99.2) Library adds gif recording capabilities to Capture Mode.

Does it have to render the other sides of portals? I want to maybe use this for a mod but I don't like the idea of rendering the other sides of portals.
