JB3: Cinematic Scientist [Playermodel + Ragdoll]

Description
The Cinematic Scientist is a playable character in Jabroni brawl Episode 3. He is a recreation of Einstein from Half Life to better fit into HL2.

Known issue: He holds the grav-gun oddly. I won't be fixing this because this is a bug that's definitely due to the models origin. Since JB3 just came out. I have no clue how to fix it
