Description
This is overrideing career multiplayer limit.
Limitations:
1. This mod only can expand maximum player amount of the game. It cannot add extra slots. Please play some players as one player.
2. There is a bug if you use the forth slot, the game may crash. This seems to be the bug of the original Cosmoteer. If this bug appears, DO NOT use 4th slot. Keep empty and use other slots.

The reason for the crash on join is when a player is in the fourth slot, it tries to put a player in the (inexistent) fifth slot. To avoid the crash, you need to keep the fourth slot open when they join by having the other players group up in the higher slots (1-3) beforehand.

Yes, as Mikan said, this mod can expand the limit of maximum player amount. The slot amount is still limited up to four.

Player slots must be shared when playing with 4 or more players.
There is nothing I can do about that, but my group has been able to play with 5 players.

Specifically, the count can go up to 32, but extra player slots do not appear on the lobby

It doesn't seem to have extra player slots and caused a crash to desktop on the 5th player joining
