'Enhanced' uniform Haku Yowane as Rochelle

Description
● Manually drawn HD-ish eyes with tracking
● Black eyelashes (they were grey-ish)
● Pure white/silver hair (it was white/silver and violet-ish… I think?)
● Red necktie (recoloured original texture. Not just a flat new layer over the original texture that would look ugly and hurtful for eyes)
● Stockings
● Pantsu
● New lobby and HUD icons (quite funny ones)
