Description
Replaces Rochelle with DC's supervillainess and hostess of the Metropolis radio show "Live Wire", Livewire. Original character from the Superman: The Animated Series.
I have no idea how the skin materials turned out the way it did but I kinda like how it looks so I left it that way.
