Enhanced Shovel Sounds

Description
Okay maybe "enhanced" is a bit of a stretch but basically this edits the Shovel sounds to fit in with L4D2 a little more by adding the impact world sounds to the impact flesh sounds.

I plan to do the same for the Pitchfork
