Report a translation problem
This is analogous to a creator-oriented tool like Crowbar [Source Engine Modding Tool] (or more commonly, various programming languages), where the end-users (other players on the server) can enjoy the benefits of such tools (e.g., "play modified campaigns without downloading maps.") but due to a lack of knowledge, the end-users usually don't understand how these tools work.
I know this is not for the average players (it's for dedicated servers), but since some people run server-side plugins (such as Sourcemod) on their local server(as the host in the lobby), I've uploaded it to Workshop.
