Onus-class freighter

The Onus-class (meaning Cargo in Latin) is a class of rapid, light freighter available to the civilian market. With a minimum crew requirement of 2 but capacity for 6, the freighter is capable of quickly moving moving a stock of goods from one area of the system to another. A frontal mounted cockpit gives the pilot good visibility whilst two large storage bays can carry a lot of cargo. A small reactor gives power to the standard thrusters and side mounted triple small thrusters and there are two airlocks for the crew.

A small, manoeuvrable and quite high capacity for its size freighter, whilst it is unarmed, it is fast enough to evade any threat that attempts to fight or board it. It is suitable for a new pilot due to costing less than 75,000 and its design lends it to customisation.
