Rana-class cargo hauler

The Rana-class (meaning Frog in Latin) cargo hauler is a rounded bulk cargo hauler that's capable of delivering large shipments of goods around a system from station to station, planet to planet. With well placed thrusters on its sides giving it all round mobility, the ship can dodge through asteroid fields or evade pirates who come into contact with it. A crew of 8 and a mining laser equipped means it's not entirely defenceless and can also mine asteroids should resources be required for selling on. A centralised small reactor allows power to be easily distributed and cargo bays on the sides can carry a good amount of goods.

A fat, rotund but versatile craft, the Rana-class is up for customisation, though the installation of another reactor would be required for power. It's not defenceless with its mining laser and can be used by miners or haulers. It is suitable for a new pilot due to costing less than 75,000.
