Xenogene Regrowing Faster

Description
Changes the Xenogene Regrowing time from 1.66y-2.33y down to 1d - 2d.

Does not change the existing Hediff, only new ones.

i imagine that it should work in 1.6 still, but i honestly forgot about this mod

this mod is a patch, so it should work fine without changes in 1.5

The description says the regrow time is supposed to go down to 1-2 days but for me it's at 18-19 days.. Not sure why. I haven't seen the regrow time alternate from the 18-19 day period.

for some reason when i place a pawn in the gene extractor the regrowth time is still ages but when i add the gene regrowing hediff through the dev mode its only 1 day

@jvstough - it should work fine with existing and to remove later. it will NOT change existing debuffs from xenogenes regrowing tho, only for newly applied ones.
