Report a translation problem
This works the same, just put it in your textures folder and select it.

The red box for the A... is moved slightly up to make place for the line where you can put your distance under. That means text above it might need adjusting.
If you place this object with Procedural Objects, then click "Edit", you should have an option to replace the texture with the one in my download link. I hope this helps!
To create a sign with three lanes forward, I'd better create a new wider sign object instead. If I managed to make one I will let you know!
