Report a translation problem
You start with 10 growth and gain a build point after 20 growth so it only takes 2 turns before you have 1 building point. You need only 1 build point to build training dummies which allows you to recruit brigands so you can start building brigands by turn 4. Also you have the warband upgrade mechanic so you can upgrade peasants->brigands. You can recruit peasants and peasant bowman turn 1.
The lords of Bretonnia are not fond of brigands so why should a band a brigands pillaging across the land be allowed by the nobles of Bretonnia?
Also I think there should be reduced or no trespassing penalty for him when he is in bretonnian lands.
