Usable Jumping

Description
Bumps up the jump height minimum to something a little more usable but not overpowered. You can barely jump over one of the fences in Riften.

changed fjumpheightmin from 100 to 160

I wrote this in the comments below but im going to put it here, I do not believe i can go any farther with this, it is my first mod and i have very limited experiance with the creation kit. So if you have an idea of how to make this mod better build off of it and all i ask is that you put me as a contributor or somewhere in the description.

@Eren Burk, holy s*** i havent looked at this thing in almost two years, i didnt even know it was still up in the workshop. unfortunatly i have to say that would be far outside of my expertise but i would reccomend trying nexus mods.

Is it possible fo you to add in the ability to jump while sprinting with this mod?
Can't find any sprinting mods that add that funtion on steam workshop

alright, i am working on making this SSE compatible, but it may take a while between work and school, as well as having to learn some basic coding; but i am working on it i promise!
