Settlement Rejig - submod for Alarayn's Tier 4 Minor Settlements

Just a small submod to make my Settlement Rejig mod play nicely with Alarayn's T4 minor settlements. Without this, unwalled T4 settlements will revert to being a land battle which doesn't fit the progression curve of the mod. With this, T4 minor settlements will be minor settlement battles unless they have T3 walls built, in which case they become walled sieges.

I considered making all T4 minor settlements walled sieges but I feel that forcing you to build walls in minor settlements to get walls is a good way of maintaining a distinction between minor and major settlements and creating strategic decisions, rather than incentivising a race to T4 so you can tear down your defence buildings and turbo-charge your economy.

As with the parent mod, be aware that some issues are reported with completing Bretonnian vows. Strongly recommend using Bretonnia Vow Auto Complete by BAGHolder.
