OES Fjord - Fictional pre-ww1 light cruiser

The OES Fjord is a light cruiser based off of designs from the late 1800s, gravitating around about 1895. This ship was built for a build challenge among friends over the concept of a fictional war between two colonial powers, New Prince Ross (ripoff Canada) and Oerlika (ripoff Greenland), in the north Atlantic; centered around the sawyer islands.

The rules of the challenge were as follows:

-Ship must be of the class light cruiser and below
-Ship must be sensible for the era (judged by a neutral naval history buff)
-Cannot use scuffed or overpowered armament, such as missiles or CWIS etc etc (lol).
-Must be multiplayer friendly (builds will be judged off of gladiatorial combat, among other things)

The challenge was done in teams, with participants joining one of the two teams, Oerlika or Ross. the builds were themed around these two countries.

The OES (Oerlikan Expeditionary Ship) Fjord was launched in 1895 as the Kingdom of Oerlika's first all-steam cruiser. Designed for expeditionary work in frigid arctic conditions, she would serve almost immediately as a mobile fort to harass New Ross military vessels in the north of the sawyer islands, and defend Oerlikan colonies against hostile naval forces. She possesses an Oerlikan-signature unbalanced armament scheme, prioritizing firepower over armor protection with the exception of a torpedo-belt around the entirety of her hull.

Builds will be tested against each other soon. If anybody by any chance does see this (you're epic) then I will update this build with it's placing, a short addition to her story, and a list of competitors.
