Description
All credits goes to Zaurzo for fixing 1 bug (the bug was causing addons to conflict, it was something with the weapon table in the code)

And also all credits goes too Metamorphics.

Everything but the speed is working. I can slow time and throw lightning and everything but not run fast, even if I mess with the settings

@Blockman im using my friends account right now since hes away, but this is i guess stand alone with the fix

ChloeImpact - 'Phasing' (Kinda)
Player high speed damage - Speed bashing
Zippy's gore - Realistic NPC splattering (also helps you not die on ragdolls)
Parkour 2 - The ability to climb ledges (stops you shooting into the sky instead of grabbing onto building tops... most of the time)

= The true Flash/Reverse Flash experience
