Rotator V1.2 (Railgun-Spinner type ship)

Slow ship that is meant to rotate counterclockwise in order to fire its railguns in rapid succession.
The rotating motion also spreads damage from enemy fire over all of the four ship faces.
Rotation is achieved by direct control (ctrl+D) with the manual weapon control disabled in the options.
