1. It is able to take on all beginning area enemies including, Byte, Toothpick, Cartridge, Marigold and Peccadillo, also Pirate Base and Small Defense Point.

2. It can safely defeat default starter Model-L and Model-C, as for model-S, it will be a draw but since New Dawn does not have crew shortage, it can refill shield AND operate laser in the same time during battle, while Model-S will have to stop laser to fill the shield.
