Description
Adds Illyasviel von Einzbern from Fate/Kaleid Liner Prisma Illya series. This civilization's focus is going wide with religion and srong units.

Unique Ability: Mahou Shoujo

All cities start with a free Shrine. All Ranged Units have Indirect Fire.

Unique Building: Kaleidostick (replaces the Library)

+1 Science for every 2 Citizens in this City and +1 happiness. Two slots of Great Work of Writing. Gives an extra +8 XP to newly trained units from this city when a Great Slot is filled. Increased cost maintenance.

Unique Unit: Chloe voz Einzbern

Chloe von Einzbern is an unique unit replacement for the Crowssbowman. It has decreased cost production (120 to 110), but has decreased Ranged Strengh (18 to 16), can attack melee (13) and ignores terrain cost.

Great mod! I had very fun time with it. But I wish Chloe's model was at least english archer since uses bow time to time.

A Chloe model doesn't seem like something that's too important - using one of the existing ones works just fine for that.

Yes, but I don't have an idea how to do it. Also, I sitll have to create a model for Chloe, but for that I'm too lazy.

Hey, do you have any plans to rewrite the introduction paragraph? I get it's supposed to be a joke and all, but from personal experience it just pulls players out of the experience instead.
