Modern Office Retexture [CS:GO]

Description
This requires CS:GO mounted, as this is just a retexture!

This was made by sashie for CS:GO demos or just playing with bots. The add-on can be downloaded from Mediafire for MIGI tool (https://www.media fire.com/file/w05y3vy8ws21b6a/ Modern_Office_Retexture.rar/file). I decided to make it able to be used in Garry's Mod too. You might want to unmount CS:Source for it as GMod might launch it instead. Removed some models though, Garry's Mod didn't want to render those sadly, so it's really is just a retexture.
