Occultus-class patrol craft

The Occultus-class (meaning Hidden in Latin) is a rapid patrol craft on a system-wise scale. With a heavy laser blaster turret at the front of the craft, off to the left of the cockpit, it deals heavy frontal damage, especially to lighter armoured pirate or rebel craft. It is also well armoured with all-round armouring plus armour in front of the central, front mounted cockpit. With side mounted triple thrusters plus two standard and two small thrusters at the rear, it can quickly accelerate and move around the system to deal with new threats.

An alternative to the Velitator-class, what the Occultus-class lacks in weapon numbers it makes up for with weapon power! The heavy blaster can deal with armour quite quickly and deal out heavy damage to opponents it faces. The armour all over it also gives it good survivability against light and even some medium ships it may come against. It is suitable for a new pilot due to costing less than 75,000.
