IT REQUIRES ANPlus BASE TO PROPERLY WORK!!!!
Okay, i just made another ♥♥♥♥♥♥ NPC.
Not handsome man, but Pumpkin Man, the bald and orange man!
--FEATURES--
-Hes a male_04.
-When hes on fire he will ignite whoever he is shooting
-His default weapons will be SMG1 and Shotgun
-When his HP is less than 100 he will upgrade his weapon to an AR2
-When his HP is less than 35 he will ignite himself
-He haves a goofy run.
-Perfect accuracy
-Randomized head submaterial.
-Smaller than your average citizen.
-Super funny secret.

Finally someone other than the creator making and uploading an ANPlus NPC ( No offense )
