Lagrange Interplanetary Motorworks is once again proud to announce our line of Infantry Fighting Vehicles!

The Mayfield-II - internally called the M4A4 - is a wheeled armored vehicle series consisting of an IFV line and an APC line, with both not being light enough to be advised for transport overseas or via the air. Both vehicles are quite under-powered, taking many seconds to really get going - if this is not sufficient, each wheel's power may be raised to 80% maximum, which is double the default setting. Power was set so low to extend mission time without the need for refueling, as well as to properly convey the feeling of this vehicle's immense weight.

The IFV's (Mayfield-IIA's) are equipped with a single auto-cannon on a remote turret with extensive internal and external ammo storage, with the internal units directly feeding into the mounted gun. This vehicle line is primarily aimed towards solid protection from all angles through the use of a single layer of our tank's NERA (Non-Explosive Reactive Armor) inlayed into the walls of the hull at the ideal shooting level, as to not weigh the vehicle down too much. The driver and gunner are both separate stations in the same cabin near the front of the car, with entrance being quite simple; just enter through the hatches on the top, utilizing the side-mounted ramp.

The dismount cabin, housing 4 troops, is not extremely well armored; only having a single line of NERA protecting the troops at about head-level. This cabin is also not internally lit, leading to the necessity of head-mounted lights if the dismounts wish to observe their immediate surroundings, with there being a barred window at the back of the vehicle for better situational awareness.

The Mayfield-IIC's are the Armored Personnel Carriers of this vehicle family; with the same 4 dismount size of the IIA, but with this compartment being better armored and internally lit. This model does not have an auto-cannon on an armored remote turret, but rather a single exposed auto-cannon for the gunner for more long-range encounters, and a single gatling-gun for the driver for when enemies get too close for comfort. The IIC's guns do not have their own light source, so it is advised to only engage targets during lit hours. The auto-cannon is also not fed by default; so you will need to supply your own auto-cannon magazines. The driver-fired gun is fed by default.
