It should still work since there's been no Zomboid updates for a while. Just make sure your electrical level is 3+, otherwise the option won't appear.

does this mod still work? i have an electric wire, screwdriver and a lamp on pillar and it still doesnt let me do anything with it

I managed now to have both mods working.
However your tip from yesterday of switching mod priority is working for me now too. I thought I've tested it, but maybe it depends on additional circumstances.

Maybe you can write "incompatiblity" with this two solutions in your mod description, to prevent confusion. Maybe not everyone is reading the comments.

@Gisbert - The source of the error appears to root from a conflict in assigned tiledefs; both of our mods use 279. Unfortunately, changing my id now will remove any already wired lamps on pillars, so I won't be changing it in this mod.

If you want to fix it for your server, go to my mod's mod.info file and change the number in the line "tiledef=wiredlamp 279" to a different number, and your gf will have to do the same.

@Gisbert - thanks for bringing this to my attention and doing some investigating, I managed to replicate the error, but only when I put the Craft Metal Barrels & Rain Collectors mod above Wired Lamp On Pillar on the mod list. I'll have to do more testing to see if it's something I can fix on my end.

For everyone who is wondering, I found the mod which conflicts:

Took me a whole evening to figure out, but after removing "Craft Metal Barrels & Rain Collectors" this mod works well. Should be added to the description or maybe you can fix the conflict with "Olipro" from the Metal Barrels mod. I think both ideas are very good and should work together somehow. :)

I'm just a script kiddy and no programmer, but it seems that messing with the build menu was/is the cause of the error.
