Nick The Division [Lite]

Made per request on my previous submission, removed pretty much everything I can think of that's The Division related on Nick.

Removes:
- His kneepads
- All his SHD equipment
- All the dangling objects attached to his backpack
- All the glowing lights

At that point calling it The Division Nick would be a lie lol.

Credits:
scream - The original mod
Ubisoft - Model and textures
Me - Recompile and retextures

Known issue:
- The outline doesn't completely reflect his actual model, I used a quick and dirty fix that makes it so that the game wouldn't draw the additional objects meaning all it does is make them invisible.
