Description

Ride into action on the bench of the Mi-290 helicopter and finish off the remnants of the NATO base after the attack aircraft raid.

Your task today will be very simple. Fly with the Dragonlady squadron and assess the damage after their raid on the NATO base on the southern part of Stratis. Be careful and stay vigilant. Chances are good that some enemy forces will survive the raid.

This is very possibly my simplest and easiest mission to date.
It can be divided into three chunks (Third one is not known to the player until the half point of the mission):
- Firefight with NATO forces from bench of a Mi-290 helicopter.
- Elimination of NATO remnant in village that survived the air raid.
- Rescue of pilots from your helicopter after it is shot down.

NO MODS OR DLCS REQUIRED.

Procedural generation is used in the mission to make it slightly different on every playthrough.

Placement of the NATO forces in this mission is randomized to keep mission engaging on every attempt.

COOP mode is available for up to 4 players.

This mission takes about 10 minutes to complete.

Very fun mission. Short, no-nonsense, engaging. I also got the secret achievement "YOU ACTUALLY HIT SOMETHING"

Very no-nonsense. Fun, interactive intro. No need to command a squad. Fun assortment of exotic weapons. Might be slightly short. But actually a great first or second mission for new players to Arma.

Komodo Well in that case I invite you to open Eden Editor and make some AAF/CSAT missions yourself if you desire to have more of them and then contributing those to Workshop. :]
