I appreciate the conversation with you Modocero. With an unique building, I decide where exactly the building is placed.....for me this is the better way when "planning" my city than having the building placed coincidentally by the system.

Thank you very much for your quick reply. Of course i understand that, but don't aggree to most "Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy" (e.g. Patreon). But still love to have your "free assets" in my town.
