[WIP]Weapon Turrets

Beskrivelse
[Work in Progress!]

Adds turret versions of existing weapons to the game.

Turrets are slightly wider than hull mounted versions, but shorter, with the exception of Flak Turret.
This is due to size of turret heads, so they could rotate freely within range of building.
Actual turrets that shoot over the roof!
They require blueprints and blueprints require base guns - for balancing, mostly.

- Medium Cannon Turret
- Large Cannon Turret
- Flak Battery Turret (also has a Standalone version)

Mod assets made from in-game stuff only.
Feel free to use as a part/basis of your mods without asking me for permission.
Feel free to reupload if game version changes and I'm not around to fix them.

Notes:
This is a work in progress, and some refinements will be added in next few weeks :)
Turrets actually change gameplay a lot, make your ship easier to organize. Drawback being their wider sizes, but it is still worth it.
Due to how storage slots are organized, Large Cannon now has 4 instead of 3. Sorry, game does not allow to offset these x_X

// TODO:
- Flak Turret
- Add turret head to Flak Turret
- Normal Maps for Large Cannon turret head
- clean up graphics, add doodads maybe?
- point values to vanilla sources to make them always consistent with vanilla balancing
- use vanilla sounds instead of including them in mod folder (doh!)
- come up with decent idea for bullet loader for turrets didn't really, but seems not needed here.
- balance costs a little (seems unnecessary now)
- add missile turrets
- add Chaingun turret, ffs!

New incoming update? I'll most likely get to it once it gets released. Right now mod works well with actual stable version.
