Vanilla weapons rework (v2)

Description
A moderate rework of vanilla`s turret generation system (version 2). Slightly upgraded all non-coax turrets damage (x2). Downgraded coaxial rockets, so they won`t have outstanding seeker performance. All other coaxials will have x6 bonus now (so they will be 3x more powerful than gimbal ones, like vanilla)
