Speed Is Strength

Description

Speed is Strength

o The faster the player or projectile, the stronger the damage!
o If a player and projectile are running at eachother head on, then the damage will be increased as well!
o But if they're running in the same direction, then the damage will be reduced!
o Various other tweaks as well based on the speed and direction of the player or NPC or projectile

this mod is kinda broken on zenith-type weapon:
zenith projectile speed depends on distance from player to cursor
and this this leads to extremely huge damage from projectile

Yep, enemy projectiles and NPCs should deal more damage as well if faster

i love the idea! can you make the same apply for enemies? for example the faster an enemy is the stronger its contact damage will be and vice versa
