V.1.0.0 This mod reduces radicals from downsize by 50%

DOWNSIZE_BUILDING_POP_TYPE_RADICALIZATION_SHARED_FACTOR = 0.025 from 0.05 #

This percentage of a pop becomes radicalized when a building they would have ownership shares in is downsized in the state (multiplied by per-pop shares)

FIRED_POP_RADICALIZATION_BASE_FRACTION = 0.1 from 0.02

# This percentage of a pop becomes radicalized when they lose their job, for instance due to a building being downsized

FIRED_POP_RADICALIZATION_SHARES_FACTOR = 0.05 from 0.1

# Additional percentage of pop that becomes radicalized they lost their job for each per-pop share they had in the building

Less Radicals from Downsized Building is included in Victoria III Improvement Collection 維多利亞三世改進系列 (V1.1.0 12/26/22). With 88 working mods. I provide you with the order list you just copy and paste, No sorting manual work needed, enjoy!

Checked the unemployment.txt and it's present there too - needs a fix.

@bb I honestly think it's a mistake. 0.01 is pretty perfect number, like it was designed.

FIRED_POP_RADICALIZATION_BASE_FRACTION = 0.1 from 0.02

Should this be 0.01? Not sure if this is a bug or a typo.
