Enhanced Erwin

I was inspired by https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2528050286 to make this mod specifically for Erwin and mostly for personal use. This is a bit redundant but I thought I'd share anyway.

She comes with her Japanese VAs voicelines, name, and special bio to go with.
Also, she's in her default Afrika Korps jacket as opposed to the Ooarai Sensha-dō outfit.
Replaces Mia.

Differences between GuP mod and this:
- Afrika Korps jacket
- Only Erwin
- Name & Bio
- Correct Voicelines*
*(original had Erwin's lines incorrectly assigned as FE instead of FA for Krauser replacement)

Possible updates maybe, was thinking of how I could do eye blinking.
Sounds and sprites from sounds resource and sprites resource respectfully, thanks Mysticus!
I would also like to thank the original GuP mod makers because I used their guide and VO file location for reference.
