Truely blessed by Mathlann, Lokhir Fellheart decides to raid the Jade Coast with the god's blessings Grand Cathay will fear the dark elves lead by a lord with the Lore of the Deep at his beck and call!

Pretty simple mod, gives Lokhir the lore of the Deep magic.
