UPDATED Sarcastic Loading Screens [Ironman Compatible]

Updated version of my old mod.
This mod 'improves' the loading tips you get.
Inspired by the Loading Screens With Extra Sarcasm mod for Skyrim

-Is compatible with any mod that doesn't change the loadingtips_l_english.yml file

Works for newer version even if it says its outdated
