@all other users: have you encountered any problems or bugs? I really don't know why in the game rules the description of one settin is some random text... doesn't make sense at all, or is that just the case for me?^^
the "harder" setting adds some requirements, but only for dukes. These are like knowing the language they want change too or having an overlord with the desired language, etc
also tbh I am not 100% sure if this mod is balanced in a sense where it appeared like a nation changed their language to a new one just to swap back to their mother tongue after 5-10 years and then change to the other language again - repeating this for like 2-3 times. maybe it was a strange case where the AI values were really close to each other...
but all in all in cases like yours this mod should not interfere
