Dukes have Royal Courtrooms + Court Language Nerf for AI - by Khagan Lazeri

Description
Unlocks Royal Courtrooms for landed duchy title holders.

Includes a game rule setting (OFF by default) to make it just a tiny bit harder for dukes to keep amenity levels at the highest levels.
When using Crown Authority:
- level 4 amenities require high fame OR the 2nd crown authority law
- level 5 amenities require very high fame OR 3rd crown authority law

When using Tribal Authority:
- level 3 amenities require high fame OR the 2nd tribal authority law
- level 4 amenities require very high fame OR 3rd tribal authority law
- level 5 amenities require max fame OR 4th tribal authority law

The language nerf currently is only present in my still-in-progress compatibility patch for EK2 and only properly works together with EK2!!!. However I made it in both mods just a tiny bit harder for the AI to adopt other languages. On the "harder" setting Dukes won't be able to change their court language at all !
Independent Rulers need at least one of the following:
- knows the language to switch to
- has trait scholar
- has trait administrator
- has trait overseer
- has trait diplomat

Subject Rulers must know the language they want to adopt OR it is their liege's court language; they also must have one of the traits mentioned above.

Not compatible with mods that change ai court language adoption rules and ai values.
it should be compatible with mods that add new government types but might not work well or even break the game if these government types also have their own amenity types. it might however work very well on this mods default settings as it just changes simple stuff but then you have to expect court language arabic to still spread a lot.

Please feel free to give advice or recommendations.

One Proud Brazillian already have a newer version, perhaps you can move towards making the language submod and a EK2 submod that is still necessary?

Up to you the amount you want to put back.

@Awkland I am back to the game and might consider that. It's a good idea. But I am unfortunately not too motivated to mod right now...

@all other users: have you encountered any problems or bugs? I really don't know why in the game rules the description of one settin is some random text... doesn't make sense at all, or is that just the case for me?^^

I think it will make sense to an rule for none independent dukes to only be able to change the language to their mother tongue, their liege or their top liege, head of faith, bordering countries (to them not top liege

Works great, ai have been reverting back to their natural court languages.

@TaissaTG sorry for the late reply. The default setting of this mod does not add any requirements for (duke) courts to change their language. They can do so at any point in time according to vanilla rules (i.e. every 5 years for a certain amount of prestige).

the "harder" setting adds some requirements, but only for dukes. These are like knowing the language they want change too or having an overlord with the desired language, etc
also tbh I am not 100% sure if this mod is balanced in a sense where it appeared like a nation changed their language to a new one just to swap back to their mother tongue after 5-10 years and then change to the other language again - repeating this for like 2-3 times. maybe it was a strange case where the AI values were really close to each other...

but all in all in cases like yours this mod should not interfere

Does this mod reverts the takeover of another language after it happened? I have a language mod installed to prevent this but apparently it didn't work as 70% of the world is suddenly speaking Shaz-Turkish. If I remove the other mod and install this, will the languages revert to normal or will they be stuck with turkish because of the restrictions this mod adds?

@Venemar: I have not come across such a bug and I have not touched any code involving courtiers or inspirations. In my games inspiration mechanic works as usual. I am sorry but I think I can't help you with this. Have you figured it out in the meantime?

Is there a chance something in this mod is interfering with courtiers having inspirations? Since installing it, there hasn't been one anywhere in the world.
